Case Studies
These conversations are unscripted. We asked our clients and collaborators what the work actually delivered and let them tell it themselves.
A hair loss treatment clinic in Perth. Campaigns running, metrics inconsistent, no clear read on what a consultation was actually costing them. We brought in Kelsey, a former Meta marketing manager, to build a framework that changed that.
Boss Clinic needed a testing framework, not just campaigns. Kelsey ran systematic A/B tests across organic and paid: formats, audiences, objectives. Real answers about what moved their specific audience from scroll to booked consultation.
On the organic side, that meant testing lighthearted creator-style content against technical treatment explainers, and finding out which formats actually drove website traffic. On paid, it meant finding the right objective and the right entry point.
The shift that made the biggest difference: switching from website-click campaigns to Meta Instant Forms. Every time Kelsey ran the test, Instant Forms outperformed by more than 50%. It lowered cost, made bookings more predictable, and kept the audience in-platform, where trust-based businesses like this one need to meet people.
"We've helped Boss Clinic understand what it costs to get someone to not only land on their website, but book a consultation, and then driven that cost down consistently over time."Kelsey, Meta Ads Expert at Bedou
A founder-led skincare brand that builds content in-house. When Kayla Jade started posting about Boring Without You organically, founder Davey saw something worth structuring and brought Bedou in to build it into a long-term partnership.
Kayla Jade doesn't make ads. She makes content that happens to include a product, and her audience feels the difference. That quality of integration is what Boring Without You was drawn to, and what made the partnership worth building properly.
Bedou structured the long-term relationship: briefing, creative trust, usage rights, and an amplification strategy that took Kayla's content beyond her own platform. Her videos became paid ads. They fed into Boring Without You's own organic content. The first collaboration, Kayla linking a waterfall story into the Make Me Wet hydrating serum, performed well enough that other brands started referencing it as a benchmark.
Every Wednesday, Davey speaks to customers directly. A significant portion say they found the brand through Kayla. That's the compounding effect of pairing the right creator with the right infrastructure.
"It literally changed the trajectory of our business. Every Wednesday when I speak to customers, the amount of people who say they found out about us from Kayla is incredible."Davey, Founder of Boring Without You
